Mission Group has just submitted a development permit application for their plans for the former Bargain store site at 560 Bernard Avenue in Downtown Kelowna.
The over 1 acre site is proposed for a 33 storey residential tower in addition to a 14 storey office tower with ground floor commercial. The project would feature 17,901 SF of retail space, 68,048 SF of office space, and 217 residential units. To view the detailed plans submitted with the development application, click here.
If approved, the two new towers would sit adjacent to the Brooklyn on Bernard 25 storey tower, approved by council in August 2018.
