We are excited to announce that the Library Parkade in Downtown Kelowna is now fully leased! These retail units are located along Ellis Street in the heart of the Cultural District, in close proximity to the Innovation Centre and Interior Health Services building.
One unit has been leased to a medical office/pharmacy, slated to open in the next few months.
Beside the medical office/pharmacy, Bamboo Chopsticks has secured the last available unit. This restaurant was voted best Vietnamese Restaurant by Kelowna Now and best Asian Restaurant by Okanagan Life Magazine.
Pizza Studio is now also open for business in the southern most unit.
