Kelowna International Airport (YLW) is seeking expressions of interest from experienced hotel developers for the first onsite hotel to be constructed at the Kelowna International Airport campus. There are two site options immediately adjacent to the terminal building with the opportunity to connect to the future terminal expansion via a pedway. The desired site is in the current rental ready parking lot, creating a need for the replacement and supplement of parking on the airport site. YLW requires the developer to provide a parkade structure or an alternate proposed solution to create at least 1000 parking stalls for airport customers.
