Marshall McAnerney


Marshall McAnerney brings over 30 years of sales, marketing and management experience.

Specializing in investment properties, foreclosures and development land including shopping centres, office buildings, mobile home parks and apartment buildings, Marshall has been involved in over $700 Million dollars in transactions since relocating to Kelowna.

Marshall has been instrumental in some of the most notable transactions that have taken place within the City of Kelowna including the sale of one of Kelowna's most prestigious Apartment Buildings; the largest mixed-use development in Pandosy Village,  development lands for large multi-family/apartment building assemblies and many others.  A detailed list can be made available.

Preceding his real estate career, Marshall spent 20 years in the printing and publishing industry where his experience lead to a Senior VP role at Cenveo, a $2 billion US printing conglomerate.   He then founded Earnest Images, a portable display company, which quickly became one of the leading display companies in the Western United States with preferred clients including, Nike, Microsoft, Intel and Hewlett Packard.  In 2007, Marshall sold the company and moved to the Okanagan with his family.

Jeff Hudson has over 25 years of experience in the sales & marketing field, with the past 13 years in commercial real estate.

Jeff specializes in sales of income producing properties, foreclosures and development analysis for retail, multi-family office & industrial properties.  He has been involved in more than $700 Million in real estate transactions.

This includes some of the most notable transactions in the valley including The Conservatory Apartment Building; Anderson Crossing Shopping Centre in Vernon, the Paramount Theatre and more than 200 multi-family units in Kelowna.    

Preceding his real estate career, Jeff was in Broadcast Media Sales for 10 years where he gained a well-regarded reputation and was consistently one of the top producing salespeople in the industry. 

With an extensive database of clients throughout Western Canada and well established as a prominent member of the Kelowna business community, Jeff is known for his work ethic and is passionate about generating value for his clients.

Lindsey Termul

Lindsey Termul brings fierce passion and a wealth of knowledge as a Licensed Commercial Realtor, with over 16 years combined sales experience in the real estate and finance industries. Prior to obtaining her Real Estate License, Lindsey held roles as both Sales Assistant and Operations Manager for the HM Commercial team, gaining invaluable experience assisting directly with client relations, deal management, and marketing initiatives.

Prior to her positions with HM Commercial, Lindsey worked closely with the real estate industry for 12 years as a successful Mortgage and Credit Specialist. Lindsey was highly-regarded by both her clients and colleagues, and her profound comprehension of finance and credit, enthusiasm and caring nature excelled her as a consistent top-producer.

Born and raised in Saskatchewan, Lindsey and her husband escaped the cold prairies to the stunning and sunny Okanagan, which they are fortunate to now call home. In her spare time, Lindsey loves being outdoors travelling and exploring, gardening and gold panning.

Tessa Neil

Operations Manager – Unlicensed

Tessa Neil graduated from UBC Okanagan’s Business Management Program in Finance & Economics in 2020. She spent 2 years working for a modular interior construction company based out of Calgary - DIRTT Environmental Solutions, which exposed her to many aspects of the construction industry and is where she saw the direct impact of COVID on commercial spaces, the education sector as well as healthcare.

Tessa loves the Okanagan and all of the outdoor activities it has to offer, and is looking forward to joining the Real Estate industry in the Okanagan at this time of continued growth in the city.

Tessa has a background in the construction industry, and participated in the Management Student Association at UBCO, spending her last year working as the Vice President of Corporate Relations. She has also previously taken part in Business Consulting competitions including JDC West .

Katie Wallis

Katie has been working in the commercial real estate industry since 2010, specializing in property marketing and market research.

Katie has a diverse background in marketing, graphic design, and research and will be assisting the team with all brand and marketing functions including proposals, brochures, email campaigns, web and print design/advertisements, project signage, and social media platforms.

Debbie Hudson

Debbie is the team’s Accountant and Bookkeeper. She ensures all our suppliers and valued partners are paid in a prompt and orderly manner.

Debbie also assists the team with administrative duties.
