My wife and I had the pleasure of having HM Commercial Group represent us for the sale of our property, the Greyhound terminal on Leckie Road in Kelowna. We first met Jeff and Marshall in 2017 when they enquired if we wanted to sell our property. At the time we had no desire to sell, but asked them to stay in touch, we met a few more times over the next year or so.
Then in the Summer of 2018 Greyhound notified us they were shutting down in Canada. We then contacted HM, and Jeff and Marshall were ready. They went to work to list and sell the property, as they have a bank of potential buyers at all times. They advised us to get an appraisal and we did, they then put together a bidding package and sent it out to interested buyers they had.
That was in November 2018, we opened the bids on November 30th and selected one, they then wrote up a contract of purchase. By the end of November a deal was reached and we rode off into the sunset.
