HM Commercial Group is thrilled to be involved with another historic development in Downtown Kelowna.
UBC-Okanagan in collaboration with Mission Group, as the Co-Owner and Design/Development Lead, and the City of Kelowna, will be establishing a new Downtown Campus at the corner of Doyle Avenue and St Paul Street. HM Commercial Group represented the Buyer and NAI Okanagan was the Listing Brokerage.
Development plans include modern academic space, offices and university rental housing which we believe will elevate the vibrancy to a whole new level. The addition of thousands of students to the Downtown Core will create vibrancy and untold opportunities for ancillary businesses. Plus, it will stimulate redevelopment of adjoining properties, which will help gentrify this already busting part of Downtown.
